Pets Requirements
Cats and small-breed dogs are welcome in our Deluxe, Family rooms, and Studios. Larger-sized dogs are welcome in the Loft, Junior Suite, and Presidential Suite. Pets should be kept in a cage, hand-carried, close-tight leash, or in a stroller while in public, and wear a diaper. Pets cannot use the swimming pool.
Outside Food
Birthday Cake, Infant Food, small portion foods, and drinks can be brought to the hotel.
Guests can also order outside food via Grab or other food delivery services. When bringing their food or ordering from outside, guests are advised to request from the restaurant they order from, or bring along their utensils, plates, and other needs. The hotel is happy to provide cups, glasses, utensils, and cutlery with a corresponding service charge.
Food trays and outside catering portion size food, as well as food pots and pans, are not allowed in the room.
Cooking is not allowed in the room.
Outside food and drinks can only be consumed in the room, and not in any of our outlets, including the pool area and the pool restobar.

Prime Asia Hotel follows strict disinfection and sanitization protocols. For this reason, we have adjusted the timings as follows:
