Pets Requirements
Cats and small breed dogs are welcome. Pets should be kept in a cage or stroller while in public, and wear diaper. Pets cannot use the swimming pool.
Outside Food
Birthday Cake, Infant Food, and Bottled Water can be brought to the hotel. Other food or drinks can be kept at the reception and collected upon check-out.
Prime Asia Hotel has partnered with Grab Food for a relatively safe and traceable transaction, should the guest wishes to order from outside.

Prime Asia Hotel follows strict disinfection and sanitization protocols. For this reason, we have adjusted the timings as follows:
