Terms and Conditions

General Terms & Conditions

  1. Check-in time is at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is at 12:00PM
  2. All our prices are the SAME no matter who you book with. Prices with OTAs are never lower than directly booking with us.
  3. If you are comparing prices and notice a lower price than another, it is usually because they have not YET added the 5% service charge and 12% tax (and even currency exchange).
  4. The prices that OTAs charge fluctuate depending on where, when and even what device you use – BUT again it is never lower than our rate.
  5. We have special rooms that are exclusive to booking directly with us – If you are booking with an OTA and they say we have no available rooms then check first with us because we have our full inventory online or via Chat.
  6. We have exclusive offers that are only available when you book direct. If you are booking 3 nights or more then definetly book direct with us.
  7. We have apartelles for long staying guests too.
  8. Security Deposit: Upon checking in, you will be required to provide a security deposit of PHP 1000 per night of stay. This will be refunded after your stay (provided there are no damages to the room and hotel).
  9. Families can book 2 adjacent Deluxe rooms or we encourage you to try our Junior suite which is beside the pool area with a view of the mountains and more fun for your relatives.
  10. Late Check-out and Early Check-in depends on the availability of our rooms.
  11. Airport pickup from Clark Airport is PHP 500 one-way.
  12. Extra Bed for Rooms is PHP 600.

 

Valuables

  1. Guests must report any loss of or damage to their property immediately on discovery to the Hotel’s Front Office, Security or other appropriate staff members, and shall make themselves available to assist with any reports made by the Hotel to the police. We only provide what our CCTV can view and recorded for the day,
  2. Property that is left behind in the guest rooms will be kept for 3 weeks. All unassigned property will be forwarded to a charity or disposed of depending value. If we send articles back to the customer, we will charge a postage and packaging fee to the credit card on file.
  3. Guests shall not enter areas of the Hotel which are indicated as being closed to the public. The Hotel shall not be responsible for death, personal injury or loss or damage to property suffered by a guest in such areas.
  4. The Hotel shall not be liable to a guest for any loss or damage to property caused by the misconduct or Negligence of a guest or an Act of God, or where the guest remains in exclusive charge of the property concerned.
  5. The Hotel is not liable and not responsible for any loss of property of hotel visitors and hotel guests who are checked-in the Hotel. The Hotel is not responsible and liable for cars or property stolen or for injury to persons, cars, or personal property on premises.
  6. The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing any of its obligations under this Agreement if the failure or delay was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control, including (without limitation) war or threat of war, civil or political action or disturbance, riot, natural disaster, fire, epidemic, bad weather, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), military activity, governmental or regulatory action, industrial dispute, act of God, failure of power or machinery, failure of or interruption in externally provided services and utilities, and all similar events outside the Hotel’s control.
  7. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been taken by the Hotel to ensure that Bookings made under this Agreement are able to proceed, the Hotel reserves the right to relocate any Bookings to another hotel of similar size and standard in the locality. The Client acknowledges that the Hotel accepts no liability for any loss or damage suffered by or caused to the Client in consequence of the relocation of the Client.
  8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Hotel does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury caused by the Hotel’s negligence.
  9. The Hotel is not liable for any loss or damage caused to a guest’s vehicle, unless caused by the Hotel’s wilful misconduct.
    10. Guests will be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury they may cause at the Hotel.
  10. All the keys and master keys of the hotel guest are just one copy only as per the system. In case loss of keys we ask the presence of the guest to initiate the request.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

 

Prepayment

The guest will be charged a prepayment of 35-50% of the total price after reservation.

 

Internet

WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.

There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.

 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
