Guests are welcome to bring birthday cakes, infant food and small-portion snacks or drinks into the hotel.

Guests who wish to order from outside through Grab or other delivery services are kindly advised to request utensils, plates and other essentials from the restaurant or bring their own. The hotel can provide cups, glasses and cutlery upon request, subject to a corresponding service charge.

Food trays, large catering portions, pots and pans are not allowed inside the rooms, and cooking is strictly prohibited.
